when is everyone goin diving again

well as it asks . when are ye all hittin the water again ?

theres some of the harder nuts(or just plane stupid) me included that dont take a break , but when are the generall masses thinking of hittin the wet stuff again .

well ill have the club out diving by the end of this month and the first weekend is planed for the start of april . .

Well some of us are off to NEMO 33 on 26th this month.....
Then diving Scubadive West weekend 6th March including night Dive...and hopefully Julia T weather permitting....

Yup, Sandycove last week was a virtual porridge of divers all threshing about with snorkels in much evidence trying to get their fitness swims out of the way.

I was there myself yesterday and noticed that the viz is actually starting to improve ( of course as soon as I say that it'll start to blow gales with torrential rain Rolling Eyes

) so I'm thinking myself and some of the club will take our full kit out of mothballs next week and hazard a shore dive.

First club outing seems to be pencilled in for Killary late March.

Heading to NW Donegal for a necessary plumbing visit after the big freeze, on friday nite, hoping to jump in At Cassan Sound at the Point ,on Sat morning,for a shore dive just to ease me back into it. Dont expect to see much though. Id agree with Chris was doing my coxn exam on Sunday and the viz was surprisingly good at Greenore, although Mondays weather didnt help.
Clubs first outing is in Downings in middle of March, All our poolwork /snorkels are almost done and unsurprisingly the trainees are chomping at the bit. If we let them in now in their wetsuits it could scar them for life
